Job Overview:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and managing a global team of recruiters to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The role includes overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, and ensuring that we provide exceptional staffing solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. The Recruiting Manager will be proactive in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships, and managing a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Set clear team goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands
- Coach on the success of past recruitment strategies and establish alternative solutions to continually improve candidate and client experience
- Review and analyze recruiting data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Responsible for setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve team performance
- Coach and provide feedback in a constructive and developmental manner
- Collaborate with the client services team to achieve key client goals and outcomes and integrate into recruitment strategy
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
